Prepaid Payments

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible physical-product orders.
COD is not available for:
- Digital Products
- Orders containing Digital Products together with physical products
- Any other order or product for which COD is not offered at checkout
For eligible COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.
By placing a COD order, you confirm that:
- The delivery name, address, and contact details provided by you are accurate.
- You are available or have made appropriate arrangements to receive the order.
- You intend to accept and pay for the order when it is delivered.
- You will not place fraudulent, duplicate, or unauthorized orders.

Physical products are shipped from Kartfold’s available inventory.
We use Shiprocket and its associated courier partners to facilitate shipping, delivery, tracking, and related logistics services.
Shipping and delivery estimates displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination, courier service, and other factors.
Eligible physical products generally take approximately 3–7 business days for delivery after processing, although actual delivery times may vary.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, phone number, and other required contact information.
Kartfold is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, natural events, public disruptions, strikes, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Digital Products do not require physical shipping and are delivered electronically according to the delivery method specified on the product or checkout page.

Digital Products cannot be returned physically.

We may, where appropriate, provide an alternative download link, replacement file, or other reasonable assistance for genuine technical access issues.
8. Physical Products
Physical products are supplied from Kartfold’s available inventory.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact Kartfold within the applicable period specified in our Return and Refund Policy.
